Celebrate the Season...

Why is it that even though we have an extra hour today I feel as though the weekend is flying by?

My extra hour has been spent creating some Christmas cards with just one stamp, if you exclude the sentiments.

The lovely holly leaf design is from Anna Griffin Gift Wrap stamp set.

My next card is for the challenge over at Less Is More which is "Celebrations and Festivals".

I've simply masked off a small rectangle and used first and second generation stamping around the mask to frame the sentiment. Sentiment stamps are by WPlus9 and Papertrey.

I really love the cascading holly leaf design on a DL card, it really emphasises the effect.

Really simple cards that I think would look great in any colour.

Well, that's my extra hour gone, hope you enjoy yours!

Bye for now x

These are incredibly stylish and beautiful! What a fantastic idea to mask but only partially stamp round the sentiment space. The effect is really striking and looks great! Awesome cards. Thanks so much for sharing with us at Less is More :)

Such a beautiful array of Christmas makes and all equally adorable in their different colour ways. A superb technique, wonderfully CAS and perfect for the challenge. Thanks so much for playing along with us this week to celebrate our 300th challenge at Less is More. Sarah

Lovely cards! Do you make your own stamps? I would like to know where you get your word stamps from as they are lovely!

This is such a pretty holly stamp and your repeat stamping of it has made some beautiful cards in lots of fabulous colours Sarita. I love the masked area for the lovely sentiments too. x
